Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 1, 2025
FantasyFootballOwl.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides analytics tools and fantasy football draft support through our website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
Fantasy Football OWL is operated by Fantasy OWL LLC, a Delaware-based company. We offer a web-based analytics platform designed to help users gain a strategic edge in their fantasy football drafts.
2. Your Account
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using an email and password. Email verification is not currently required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
You may request to cancel your account at any time by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
3. Using Our Tools Responsibly
Fantasy Football OWL is built to give you an edge. Our draft analytics and data-driven tools are designed to help users make smarter, more informed decisions during their fantasy football drafts. By leveraging projections, rankings, and comparative metrics, the platform offers a strategic advantage to users who apply it effectively.
That said, fantasy football is inherently unpredictable—player injuries, coaching changes, league dynamics, and other uncontrollable factors can all impact outcomes. While our tools can significantly improve your draft preparation, we do not guarantee wins, league success, or specific results.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that fantasy football outcomes involve risk, and you agree that Fantasy OWL LLC shall not be held liable for any losses, missed league goals, or disputes that arise from your use of the Site or Services.
4. Paid Features and Payment
Most features on Fantasy Football OWL are free to use. However, we offer optional premium features — including advanced draft tools and projection comparisons — for a one-time, non-renewing fee of $5 USD per calendar year. Payment is handled securely via PayPal.
All payments are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases. If you experience technical issues, please reach out via the Contact Us page.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or overload the platform, including:
- Attempting to access restricted areas or APIs without authorization
- Probing or scanning for vulnerabilities
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or similar attacks
- Introducing malware or other harmful code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in harmful or abusive behavior.
6. Third-Party Services and Data
We use public data from third-party sources like Yahoo Fantasy Football and ESPN to enrich our platform and enhance your draft experience. These third-party platforms are not affiliated with or endorsing Fantasy Football OWL.
All logos, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party data, and we disclaim any liability resulting from errors or outages in this data.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy OWL LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to fantasy league performance, disputes, or financial losses.
